Good morning IT,

Can you please add another section under Forms and Tools for the Investment Property Portfolio Program Disclosures?

We need to add the following forms with �no� investor name referenced at the top.   Also, please separate like this:

Prior to Doc:

Borrower Certification of Business Purpose

Sole Member Consent Form LLC � Only if vested in an LLC

Multiple Member Consent Form LLC � Only if vested in an LLC

Prior to Funding:

Borrower Acknowledgment of Appraisal

Suretyship Waiver Rider � Only if vested in an LLC

Affidavit of Business Purpose Use
